Google Nexus S i9023, Versi Lain Nexus S dengan Layar S-LCD

Smartphone Google Nexus S merupakan ponsel pintar kedua yang ‘murni’ keluaran Google selepas Nexus One. Dan, Nexus S sekaligus merupakan smartphone pertama yang mengusung sistem operasi Android 2.3 Gingerbread. Nah, karena dikabarkan terdapat permintaan yang besar terhadap Nexus S maka pihak Google akhirnya merilis versi lain dari Nexus S ini, dimana hadir dengan teknologi/jenis layar yang berbeda dari produk awal. Adalah Nexus S i9023, yang mengadopsi display S-LCD (Super LCD). Hanya saja, menurut informasi dari beberapa pengguna diungkapkan bahwa jenis S-LCD memiliki performa dibawah AMOLED, yang merupakan layar Nexus S ‘original’. Hal ini lah yang menjadikan ada sedikit kekecewaan terhadap produk Google Nexus S i9023. Tapi, selain daripada layar tersebut kemampuan fitur lain dan kinerjanya terbilang serupa. Termasuk dukungan prosesor 1 GHz plus GPU PowerVR SGX540, yang bakal menawarkan kecepatan akses dan grafis yang mumpuni. Google Nexus S i9023 awalnya diperuntukkan bagi wilayah pasar India.
